4. How long do consultations typically last?
Initial consultations generally last about 90 minutes, while follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes.
5. Do you offer remote consultations? How do they work?
Yes, I offer remote consultations via video calls on skype, zoom or microsoft teams, whichever is preferable for the client. You will receive a link to join the session at your scheduled time.
6. Do you offer Nutrition packages?
Yes, I have set packages that you can review here.
7. Do I have to choose one of these packages?
Not at all. If a client is unsure whether they wish to embark on one of the set packages or needs to focus on other nutrition areas, we can discuss package options post initial assessment and formulate a plan together that best suits the client.
8. How many sessions will I need?

This is variable and completely depends on the needs and preferences of the client. Most will opt for at least one session post the initial assessment to receive education and advice for their specific nutritional concern. If there are multiple issues that need to be addressed, I would advice more sessions in order to get the most from the dietetic intervention.
